One bedroom condos include the following:

Two side by side queen beds
Living room space with a pull out sleeper sofa
Sleeps up to 6
1 bathroom with shower
Private balcony overlooking the Wisconsin River
Microwave and Mini Refrigerator
Water Park passes for up to 4

Please note that the one bedroom condo rentals do not include the full- sized
kitchen, jacuzzi, large living room, or separate bedroom that comes with two
bedroom condo rentals.

available. Because I offer discounted rates, I only rent weekend nights (Friday
and Saturday nights) together.

Rates for the one bedroom condos:

Off season rentals (September - May) range from weekday rates of $99/night
plus tax and resort fee to $139/night plus tax and resort fee on the weekend.
Off season peak times (spring break, Christmas break) and summer months
have higher rates. Weekend rentals require a two night minimum stay.

How to read the calendar : The red or pink colors indicate dates that the condo has already been reserved.
Dates are divided into half days. A Friday night reservation would be indicated by a red/pink color for the
second part of Friday, and the first part of Saturday. Please contact us if you have any questions.
